These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Diamond Consulate website and related communications. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
We work to keep website information accurate and current, but jewelry availability, diamond availability, pricing, specifications, timelines, services, and other information may change. Website content is provided for general informational purposes and does not create a binding offer unless Diamond Consulate expressly confirms the applicable terms in connection with a transaction.
Diamond Consulate is an appointment-only jewelry studio. Appointment availability is subject to change. Custom jewelry, diamond sourcing, special orders, production schedules, deposits, final payments, warranties, returns, and other transaction-specific terms may be governed by separate written terms provided at the time of purchase or service.
SMS Message Types: By opting in, you agree to receive Informational messaging and Customer care / conversational messaging from Diamond Consulate. These messages may include responses to customer questions and inquiries, appointment scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, jewelry consultation coordination and follow-up, customer support messages, and updates regarding customer orders, projects, and services.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Wireless carriers and Diamond Consulate cannot guarantee message delivery. Your mobile information and SMS consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
By checking the SMS consent checkbox on the Diamond Consulate 3D ring designer or online booking form and providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Diamond Consulate at the number you provided. These messages may include updates about your ring design and saved designs, appointment scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, and responses to your inquiries. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of using the 3D ring designer. You may use the designer and book an appointment without opting in to text messages.
