What services does Diamond Consulate offer?
Alongside engagement rings and custom jewelry, we offer repair assessments, resizing, stone replacement, setting work, chain repairs, on-site rhodium plating, cleaning, restoration, appraisals and gold and jewelry buying appointments.
Are jewelry services available by appointment only?
Yes. All assessments, service visits, drop-offs, buying appointments and collections must be arranged in advance.
Where is the service appointment held?
At Diamond Consulate, 5701 N Western Avenue, Suite B, Oklahoma City, OK 73118, near Nichols Hills and Classen Curve. Complimentary parking is directly in front.
What are your appointment hours?
Monday through Thursday noon to 8 p.m.; Friday and Saturday noon to 10 p.m.; Sunday noon to 6 p.m., Central Time. A confirmed appointment is required within these hours.
Can I bring jewelry from another store?
Yes. Jewelry purchased elsewhere can be assessed. Suitability for repair, appraisal or purchase depends on the actual piece and requested service.
Do you offer rhodium plating on-site?
Yes. On-site rhodium plating is available by appointment for suitable jewelry. Preparation, price and timing are discussed after inspection.
Can I sell unwanted or broken gold jewelry?
Yes. Book a gold buying appointment for an evaluation and discussion of any purchase offer. You decide whether to accept.
Can you appraise jewelry for insurance?
Call with your insurer's requirements and the pieces involved. We discuss the scope and documentation before scheduling an appraisal visit.
Can I get a service estimate before work begins?
Yes. After assessing the jewelry, we explain the proposed work, charges and expected timing before you decide whether to authorize it.
